Tell us which phone you use and what you were doing.

Report or block

From a person's profile, their chat or a group, open the menu and choose Block or Report. Reports go to moderation.

Nobody shows up nearby

Urogallo shows the people within about 300 metres. Check that the app has location permission in your phone settings. If there are few people around you, try checking in at a place by scanning its code.

I can't check in at a place

You have to be there: the app checks your location when you scan the code. If you are inside and it fails, close the scanner and scan it again with location turned on.

Business account

Apply in the app under You › Apply for a business account. We review it and, once it is approved, you can create your places and print their poster with the code.

Your data

You can download your data or delete your account in the app. More details in delete account and in the privacy policy.
