Delete your account

You can delete your Urogallo account and all its data whenever you want.

From the app

Open Urogallo and go to You.
Go to Settings › My account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted after 2 days. If you sign in again before then, the deletion is cancelled.

Before that, you can download a copy of your data from the same screen.

Without the app

Write to us at hi@urogallo.app from the email you signed up with, or tell us which Apple or Google account you used, and ask us to delete your account. We do it within one month at most.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, photo, bio and date of birth.
Your conversations, messages, photos, videos and voice notes.
Your place check-ins and your group memberships.
If you have a business account, the account and all your places.
If you signed in with Apple, we revoke Urogallo's access to your Apple account.

What is kept

Only anonymous counts of place visits, which cannot be linked to you. Deletion cannot be undone.
